Hello, first of all, I would like to say how amazing your artwork is and I can see how much time, effort and productive thinking you put in to making your artwork come to life!

Getting onto the advice and general break down of this piece, from the description, it is telling me that the character in question is shrinking in size. I would first like to draw your attention to the many references you could use for this piece. A most commonly known one being the Animated 'Alice in Wonderland' movie, and the 'Alice in Wonderland' motion picture franchise if you were looking for a much more realistic look to your work.

I would first like to break down your overall shading of the skin, mostly around the darker tones of the skin. To begin with, I can see you have a grasp on lighting and how it works, as well as where shadows would and would not form due to the light source you are trying to portray in this piece. Many artists are always too afraid to shade heavily, as they are scared it will ruin a piece or make it's mood change, however, never be afraid to add more depth to the piece, cast darker shadows to really emphasise where the light is coming from and how strong the light source is. The strong the light source; the darker the shadows will be.
On top of this, naturally light will cast more than just for example a brown shadow on the leg. Light has a tendency to create thick dark shadows that tend to stick out on the character, further emphasising where the light is, and or the object that is casting the shadow. While you have added overall good shadows using warm beige's, you haven't added the harsher black/grey shadows that clothing would naturally create.

Following up with this, would defiantly be clothing. The clothing also lacks the shading that the skin lacks as well as texture. The clothing itself is rather flat. The boots for example have no texture to suggest the material. While it makes the piece open to speculation and interpretation it overall makes the piece look rather un-textured and again, flat. However, this being said the essential shading is there and it is defiantly noticeable, there are however a few spots you missed shading, for example around the laces and some points on the blouse, however, these are small and rather un-noticeable.
The left glove (her right hand) is also rather confusing. The thumb of the glove is in perfect form, however her fingers are not. This makes it appear as if she has balloons for fingers, a better way of portraying shrinking would have been to make the thumb less formed as well as the fingers. However, the right glove (her left hand) looks great!

Finally, moving onto her hair and overall facial look. Her hair is rather lightly shaded and lacks general texture and shine to it. This is key to making hair look like hair, even in the anime style. You can find many tutorials for anime/manga hair online to really help you texture the hair and make it look even better than it does already!

Outside of the character herself, the background is a rather interesting choice. It is very harsh and does not offer any sort of compliment to the character sometimes a simple block colour background works nicely or keeping the piece transparent would also work perfectly fine.

Overall, the composition is great and all that needs improving is just things you will learn along your artistic journey. Please feel free to note me if you would like an tips, tricks or would like to any questions about my critique for you today. (This critique is for mostly all 3 of your commission sailor moon pieces.)
